SUNDAY WORSHIP

Sunday worship is held at 10 am. The Order of Service can be viewed in advance on the website on the Thursday prior to the service, on the home page www.christchurch.bm. You can also find a recording of the service on the home page of the website under “Sunday Archives”.

If you know of someone that may have difficulty getting to church, please reach out to them and offer a ride.

COMMUNION NEXT SUNDAY

The service next week on November 24th will include the Sacrament of Holy Communion.

CCY

CCY for children 3 yrs and over offered each Sunday during our Worship Service.  We are seeking parents, grandparents and interested members of the Congregation to assist us!  Contact any member of the CCY team to volunteer.

ADVENT BIBLE STUDY OPPORTUNITY

Members of the International Presbytery will be offering an online Bible Study for 3 weeks starting Monday Nov. 18th.

During this study, we delve into the Christmas story through the perspectives of Luke and Matthew. Our discussions will explore not only the nativity narrative but also the events that unfolded after the initial excitement of Jesus’ birth had subsided.

Bible Study Dates: Mondays from 2:30-3:30pm November 18, 25, December 2

The date has been changed for the Advent Wreath workshop in November. It will now be on November 22nd instead of the 29th. If you would like to sign up for Fabulous Friday, please see the attached flyer with information and a link to sign up. The cost is $25 to cover the cost of the wreath.

We are looking for volunteers for the Church Fair. If you are able to donate a few hours to help out, please sign up for a shift here VOLUNTEERS. Or contact the office to provide dates and times and preferred stall.

BAKED GOODS & PRESERVES STALL

Calling all cooks! We are looking for donations of baked goods and preserves for the very popular food stall.

A few suggestions that always sell well:

  • Yeast breads and rolls
  • Tea breads and muffins (orange banana, lemon, etc.)
  • Gingerbread
  • Cookies and squares
  • Marmalade, jams and jellies, chutney
  • Gluten free items sell well

Drop off times for baked goods are:

Friday, 29 November – 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Saturday, 30 November – 8:00 am – 10:00 am
