EASTER SERVICES
It was a busy weekend over the Easter Holidays. The sunrise service had a great turn out and the weather turned out as well!
On Easter Sunday a full church was entertained by the Bell Choir prior to the 10 am service.

Thanks to Liz Parker and her amazing volunteers who decorated the church so beautifully. They really outdid themselves this year. The gorgeous flowers were distributed to our some members of our congregation who are either elderly, unwell or have suffered a loss this year. We also provided Lorraine Seniors Home and Agape House with beautiful bouquets.

HONOURING DOUG FRITH
Doug Frith is stepping down after serving as Session Clerk to the Kirk Session for the last 25 years! We want to thank Doug for his commitment and service to the church.

CCY & MESSY CHURCH
April 27
No CCY as it is Alistair’s final service. Children are invited to stay in church & activity sheets will be available in the hall for pick up.
FEEDING PROGRAM VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We are looking for a few volunteers to help us with the Feeding Programme. The summer months are a busy time for travel, leaving us with many gaps in our schedule. We also have many volunteers who have been doing this for years who are now stepping down. If you are able to donate 45 minutes to an hour of your time on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday your help is needed. We need people to help with the production line that fills the food containers as well as drivers to deliver food for those that still need delivery service.
The Feeding Programme started in 2020 in response to the Covid pandemic and realizing the need for food security on the island. It has evolved into a long-term service as we address the continuing need due to economic hardship in our community. In 2023 we started providing meals to two local primary schools when we discovered young children were going without food for the day.
A small amount of your time will make a big difference!
If you can volunteer, please contact Sandra at the office at or David Thompson at
