SUNDAY WORSHIP

Sunday worship will continue to be held at 10 am but returning to the pre-Covid order of service.  The Order of Service can be viewed in advance on the website on the home page www.christchurch.bm

Silent Auction Prizes

All prizes can be delivered to the Church Office Monday, November 28 to Thursday, December 1 from 9:00am to noon

SILENT AUCTION

Thank you to those who’ve offered items for the silent auction on December 3. We really need just a few more items so if you have a business that might offer a service, a dinner or a piece of furniture; if you have a second home or an apartment outside of Bermuda, or even if you’re prepared to offer some other unique but fun “thing”, we’d be grateful for your support.

It doesn’t have to be an expensive item and in fact, fun and unique works very well. Even something simple that the kids can “bid” on…like cookies, gift certs or whatever keeps kids happy these days. The auction tends to be the big money earner but it’s also a fun part of the fair and we like to have a variety of items so that everyone can take part. Please contact Sandra at the office if you have a contribution.

The funds raised from the Christmas Fair are used to benefit Christ Church Outreach Programs including the Feeding program and Loads of Love. An anonymous friend of Christ Church has offered to match up to $5,000 on any funds raised through donations at the Fair. We will have a sign-up sheet at the Silent Auction table to pledge donations of any amount. If we reach $5,000 they will match it!!

CHRISTMAS TREE TRIMMING

In preparation for the Salvation Army Gift Service on December 4th, we need some volunteers to help trim the tree on Friday, December 2 at 9:00 am. We once again want to thank Seth and Tiffani Stutzman for generously donating the Christmas tree to Christ Church. If you can help with decorating, please contact Liz Parker at or 705-2526.

We also need someone to collect the tree from the pick-up area in Warwick, across from Heron Bay on Tuesday, November 29.  If you have a car, van or truck that can accommodate an 8’ tree and are willing to help, please contact Sandra at the office  or 236-1882.

GIFT SUNDAY

A representative from the Salvation Army will be in attendance at the service on December 4th to receive donated gifts.  Reminder that there is no need to wrap the gifts but some wrapping paper and tape would be appreciated by the Salvation Army.  Please make a note of whether the gift is for a boy or girl, and the age for whom it is appropriate.
