Sunday worship will continue to be held at 10 am. The Order of Service can be viewed in advance on the website on the home page www.christchurch.bm
If you know of someone that may have difficulty getting to church, please reach out to them and offer a ride. This past year of isolation has been very difficult and we can all make a difference by assisting those who need help to get to church.
USHERS NEEDED TONIGHT
If you are planning on attending the Maundy Service this evening at 7:30 at Christ Church, we are still in need of ushers to help hand out the Orders of Service and assist with the offering. If you are able to help, please plan to show up around 7:00 pm. Please email Sandra at if you are able to help, or show up early and let Alistair know you are willing to usher.

If anyone would like to read on either Good Friday at St. Andrew’s Church or the Easter Sunrise Service at Elbow Beach, please email Sandra at or let Alistair know prior to the service.
The readings are:
Good Friday – Hebrews 4:14-16; 5:7-9 or John 19:16-30 (you can discuss with Canon Francis or Alistair which reading you would like to do)
Easter Sunrise Service – St. John 20:1-18

EASTER SERVICES
Tonight, Thursday, April 6th at 7:30 pm, Maundy Service will be held at Christ Church with guest preacher Canon James Francis from St. Andrew’s Church. Following the service refreshments will be served in Thorburn Hall. Contributions of pastries to be served with coffee and tea will be welcome.
On Friday, April 7th at 10:00 am Good Friday Service will be held at St. Andrew’s Church with Canon Francis, with Alistair Bennett as guest preacher. If you are unable to attend in person, you have the option to log into Zoom to watch the service. The login information is as follows:

Sunday, April 9th – Easter Sunrise Service at 6:30 am at Elbow Beach down at the Lido Complex. The service will be on the paved area next to Seabreeze Restaurant.

FESTIVAL OF PRAISE ON EASTER SUNDAY
There will be a Festival Of Praise, Gospel Extravaganza taking place on April 9th, Easter Sunday at City Hall.
This event is a fundraiser for the Eliza Do Little Society. They seek to bring awareness to the charity as well as the Festival of Praise Concert. This event consists of 15 performers as well as special guest appearances from Bermuda idol 2023 winners. See the poster below:
