Due to the impending hurricane expected tonight, we are sending out the Friday bulletin a day early. Stay safe everyone!
SUNDAY WORSHIP
Sunday worship will continue to be held at 10 am but returning to the pre-Covid order of service.
Effective April 1, the mask mandates have been lifted by the Department of Health which applies to churches and church services. You are no longer required to wear a mask, however, if you feel more comfortable wearing one, please do so at your own discretion.
If you know of someone that may have difficulty getting to church, please reach out to them and offer a ride. This past year of isolation has been very difficult and we can all make a difference by assisting those who need help to get to church.
REMEMBERING THE QUEEN
On September 18th a two-minute silence was conducted in memory of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Vanessa Shorto created a beautiful bouquet of flowers in honour of the Queen, below are pictures of the arrangement along with Alistair conducting the service with John Chalmers.

FABULOUS FRIDAY
Mark your calendar for Friday, September 30th for our first Fabulous Friday event of the fall. John Chalmers will be sharing stories of his time at Balmoral Castle in his role as Chaplain to the Queen. It promises to be an interesting and entertaining evening. Please call or email the office to advise if you will be attending as dinner will be served. We will provide the meal and ask that participants bring a dessert. Also, if you would like to have wine with your meal, you are welcome to bring your own.
CCY IS BACK!
We were so pleased to have the children back in CCY as part of Back to Church Sunday. We look forward to welcoming the kids every Sunday under our new relaxed guidelines.
COFFEE MORNINGS ARE BACK
Coffee and cake returns! We welcomed members to our first weekly coffee morning on Tuesday, September 20th. We will be continuing this every Tuesday morning from 9:30am until 11:30am. Coffee service will be held under the awnings outside of the kitchen. Everyone is welcome for food and fellowship!
