CCY this Sunday continues with the series Belief Reef.  We are looking for parents and interested members in the Congregation to volunteer to sign up to assist on a Sunday in November/December!   You can sign up here CCY SIGN UP

BIBLE STUDY/DISCUSSION GROUP

The bible study group will continue every Tuesday evening at 7:30. Meet at Thorburn Hall and the location will be decided based on numbers.

ALL SAINTS DAY REMEMBRANCE – NOVEMBER 5th

On Sunday, November 5th we will be remembering those we have lost in the past year. If you would like to remember someone by lighting a candle, please email Sandra at the office at  Following the service there will be the monthly celebration of holy communion which will be conducted by Cindy Campbell in her new position as an ordained local minister.

This will also be our monthly luncheon which people are asked to sign up to give us an idea of numbers, by emailing the office at    

CHURCH FAIR – Saturday, December 2

ACCESSORIES

Once again, we will have the popular accessory stall set up this year. If you would like to donate to the Accessory Stall, here are a list of items we are looking for:

  • Jewelry
  • Trinkets and Watches
  • Bags and Purses
  • Scarves
  • Hats
  • Belts
  • Headbands and Hair Accessories
  • Eye and Sunglasses
  • Small Gifts type items
  • Unopened Bath & Body items, Nail Polish, Hair and Makeup etc.
  • Other Accessories

You can drop off your donation at Thorburn Hall at the following times. The area for Accessories will be clearly marked, so please ensure that you leave your donation in the correct area:

Saturday, November 25 between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm

Sunday, November 26 before/after Worship Service

Monday, November, 27 between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm or between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm

Wednesday, November 29 between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm or between 4:00 pm and 6:00pm

VOLUNTEERS FOR CHURCH FAIR

We are looking for a number of volunteers to assist with the stalls for the Christmas Fair on December 2nd as well as set up on the Thursday or Friday prior to the Fair. If you are interested in helping out, please go to the sign-up sheet and select your preferred stall and shift(s) CHURCH FAIR VOLUNTEERS.

If you are missing a blue rain jacket, one was found in the church and is in the vestry if you would like to collect it.

SUNDAY WORSHIP

Sunday worship will continue to be held at 10 am. The Order of Service can be viewed in advance on the website on the home page www.christchurch.bm

If you know of someone that may have difficulty getting to church, please reach out to them and offer a ride.  This past year of isolation has been very difficult and we can all make a difference by assisting those who need help to get to church.
