Members of the Kirk Session are reminded that there will be a meeting of the Kirk Session today, immediately following the service; the meeting will be held in the church office.
The congregation is advised that the informal Communion which was scheduled for today has been postponed to next Sunday, 17th August.
Next Sunday, 17th August will be the last Sunday of Rev Morrison’s locumship at Christ Church; Angus and Marion will, sadly, be leaving Bermuda, as their two months here draw to a close. Christ Church will be very sorry to see them go.
Christ Church is also extremely sorry to see Oliver, our organist of 19 years, step down from his position at the church. Today is Oliver’s last day as Christ Church Organist. We are most grateful to Oliver for his almost two decades of dedicated service.
