Go Now in Peace
Go now in peace, never be afraid,
God will go with you each hour of every day.
Go now in faith, steadfast, strong and true.
Know he will guide you in all you do.
Go now in love and show you believe.
Reach out to others so all the world can see.
God will be there, watching from above.
Go now in peace, in faith and in love.
(See back cover of hymnal for music.)
Notices
CCY and Messy Church are now on summer break. At the 10:00am service each Sunday over the summer, there will be an ‘activity box’ at the West door, from which children can make a selection.
Anchored, our monthly contemporary Christian worship service, will be held this evening in the Thorburn Hall at 6:30pm. There will be fellowship, with tea and coffee, from 6:00pm.
The Kirk Session will meet tomorrow, Monday, 29th June, at 7:00pm in the West Hall.
The church’s Loads of Love laundry programme, which provides a weekly laundry service on Saturday mornings to people who are homeless or in need, requires additional volunteers. Male volunteers are particularly needed, as there is a policy of always having at least one adult male volunteer present. If you or someone you know might be able to help, even if on an occasional basis, please contact the church office at the details below.
Note that Sunday church services are live-streamed on YouTube each week, and the video-recordings are posted online afterwards.
