APPROACH
Let’s Worship God Together:

Leader: When all is darkness,
All: You are our light;
Leader: When despairing,
All: You are our hope;
Leader: When all seems lost,
All: You say, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you.’
Leader: And so, on this new morning, we will worship you,
All: Because your compassions never fail, Lord; great is your faithfulness.
Leader: Lift up your hearts to sing, for this God is holy, holy, holy.

Go Now in Peace
Go now in peace, never be afraid,
God will go with you each hour of every day.
Go now in faith, steadfast, strong and true.
Know he will guide you in all you do.
Go now in love and show you believe.
Reach out to others so all the world can see.
God will be there, watching from above.
Go now in peace, in faith and in love.
(See back cover of hymnal for music.)

Notices

A women’s black cardigan was found in the West parking lot (outside the Thorburn Hall) last Sunday, 12th July.  It’s presently in the church office.

While CCY is on summer break, children are welcome to stay in church, and to choose an item from the activity box at the West door.

The church’s outreach programmes could use more volunteers.  The programmes provide lunches on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and breakfast on Saturdays, to people in need.  Volunteers are required in the kitchen for just an hour at a time during the week, and for less than two hours on Saturdays.  Drivers are also needed during the week, to deliver lunches to those unable to collect them.  The delivery routes can be done in under an hour.  As well, the weekly laundry programme on Saturday mornings still needs additional volunteers, particularly men.  If you might be able to help, even if just occasionally, please contact either David Thompson or the church office at the details below.

Note that Sunday church services are live-streamed on YouTube each week, and the video-recordings are posted online afterwards.
